During your consultation

During our initial consultation, we aim to understand your event needs. To kick off the design and sample quote process, please bring any images, a Pinterest board, and inspirational pictures you've gathered. This helps our designers craft your desired decor down to the finest detail. Our goal is to discuss your preferred theme, style, and services, as well as what Trendee's can offer for your event, including budget considerations and available options.
Design Time
After your event is confirmed and booked, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to delve into the of your event decor design. This includes discussing the overall layout and any additional options we offer, such as rentals, planning, and layout design. During this meeting, we will explore your decor ideas in greater detail. Typically, we arrange these meetings 4-6 months before your event date, but we can adjust the timeline if necessary.
Finalizing
As we wrap up the details for your event, wedding, or celebration, we want to ensure everything is perfect for your special day. typically schedule a final meeting in the month leading up to your event to discuss any updates since our design meeting. Depending on the services you've selected and the size of your event, additional meetings or venue walkthroughs may be required based on your arrangements with Trendee's. Once everything is finalized, we will confirm delivery times, location, and setup details for your event.
