OUR PROCESS 

 How it works 

​

To begin securing Trendee Flowers for your wedding/event, please fill out our

Checklist contact form. You’ll select your desired floral decor, and you should include your wedding date, venue details, and plenty of inspiration. A link to your Pinterest board is ideal; the more visual cues you provide, the better designs we can create. Each beautiful design starts with a spark of inspiration.

Submit Request

Once you submit your CHECKLIST,  we will prepare your floral proposal, featuring inspiration images along with a detailed cost breakdown of your floral investment. Typically, we require at least a week to craft a custom quote that is uniquely tailored to your wedding

Confirmed 

​

 

To make your experience seamless, all bookings are completed electronically. Once you approve your proposal, you can e-sign your contract and complete your initial retainer online.  Welcome to your Trendee Flowers portal! This is where all invoices, design notes, proposals, and correspondence are securely stored. Each client has 24/7 access to their floral and design information, allowing you to relax knowing everything is managed as your wedding/event

design evolves.

Final Details

Before the wedding/event, we will check in to confirm all the details and discuss any changes. We'll want to know your final choices  and a basic timeline for the day. This ensures that everything we’ve designed seamlessly fits into your wedding vision.  All your careful planning culminates in our expert execution, creating an extraordinary event. We draw inspiration from working with amazing clients like you!
