Our clients wanted to know more in depth who Trendee's is and how we can service you better. So we decided to share our thoughts with you and hope to connect on a more personal level.
Client : " How long have we been in business ?"
A: " We offically started Trendee Flowers in 2009, but have been doing it as a hobby for 3 years prior to 2009.
Client : " Who will not benefit from our service's ?"
A : " Trendee's wants to create an experience for you , so if you are interested in a quick simple plop of a arrangment/s , then we might not be your best fit .
Client : " How did we become a florist ?"
A: " Becoming a florist became a slow introduction into the business . We often did small favors along the way for friends & family. Then a family member mentioned to us - " Just start your business already , you can do some great work. So we took the next step , and made it offical"
Client : " Do you offer your brides packages ?"
A: " Yes !! we offer 3 types of packages . From our complete ceremony decor , to our budget friendly package. We try to offer a package for everyone . Which include full bridal party florals / ceremony decor/recpetion decor/ bridal keep-sake box/ event our portrait session. Our three packages A/B/C included the basic for any wedding ceremony.
Client : "What sets you apart from other florist ?"
A : " Actually we try to consider ourselves as a floral designer. Creating floral art , and not just throwing something together . We try to get that one - on - one w/you as our client , and get the feel & concept of what your event design.
Client : " Do you take on more then one Wedding per day ?"
A: " We generally do not. We sincerly pride ourselves in dedicating our time to your specail event. Weither its a simple ceremony decor event , to a very elaborate Gala event . Our goal is to dedicate our time and creativity with our floral design for your Ceremony/ Birthday / gala Event / ext... "
Client : " Can this fit in my budget ?"
A : "We try to offer a variety of options to our clients , from customized packages which can include creative floral designs to detail touches to the overall feel of your concept ,to our Pre- Made Packages ( A/B/C ).
Client : " Do you offer a payment plan?"
A: "Yes ! we offer a payment plan for any of our packages or customized orders. With the CC card on file , we will charge your account on a scheduled date, with a confirmed contract."
Client : " Do you offer the option of Rental / Purchase ?"
A : " Many of our recent request our - " Can we rent your vases from Trendee's ?" - Yes ! all of our requested decor ( Vases /Altar stands/ lighting/linens/ext...) can be rented . All of our rentals require our insurance fee , this is to protect any damanges made to any of the requested rentals for your event."
